There is a certain kind of magic in charter brokering. It is not about booking a charter and adding euros to our bank account or another success in our record.

When a group comes to us with a charter request, what they are actually doing is placing their trust in our hands to create the ideal holiday.

Their ideal holiday, not as we would perceive it, but as they have ALREADY imagined it before even placing the inquiry.

The things they like end enjoy, the things they fear, the things they crave for are all there and it is our job to make sure that they receive nothing less than perfection.

This is what we keep in mind every time we pair a yacht to a group of charterers. A beautiful yacht will not suffice, unless there is chemistry between the crew and their guests. A modern “party yacht” will do nothing for the family that need a relaxing and carefree holiday.

So, we think. We discuss, we plan, we guide the charterer every step of the way, before actually confirming the booking, with the yacht that we feel will best fulfill their expectations.

And the day comes. The guests arrive, the luggage is boarded. Those first few minutes, the look in their eyes as you welcome them onboard and the captain guides them through the yacht and the excitement as they set off on their journey are precious!
